The biggest section on the menu, and the one least like a Western salad: twenty-one yum and tum dishes dressed with lime, fish sauce and chilli rather than oil. Som Tum Thai is the pounded green papaya salad, Yum Som O is pomelo with prawns, and the yum dishes cover tuna, squid and beef. Most are hot as they come and all can be pulled back. HK$92 to HK$176.
