Best tom yum we’ve found in Hong Kong — properly sour, properly hot. We take the ferry from Central just for it, and eat it looking out over the water.
The green curry has real heat and real depth — not the sweet version you get everywhere else. Twenty years and they have never once dialled it down.
We order ahead on the ferry over and it is waiting on the counter when we walk in. Faster than cooking at home, and considerably better.

No. Koh Tomyums is self pick-up only. Order online and collect at Shop 105B, 1/F, D’Deck, Discovery Bay.
How long does an order take?
About fifteen minutes. Everything is cooked fresh when you order.
Can I adjust the heat?
Yes. Every dish can be ordered mild, medium or Thai hot. Thai hot is genuinely hot — it is how the dish is eaten in Thailand.
How do I get to Discovery Bay?
Ferries run from Central Pier 3 and take about 25 minutes. D’Deck is a two-minute walk from the Discovery Bay pier.
Do I need to book a table?
Walk-ins are welcome. Weekend seaview tables book out, so reserve ahead if you want to eat over the water.
What are your hours?
Daily 12:00 pm to 11:00 pm. The kitchen takes its last order at 10:00 pm.
